This is an opportunity to build your own travel business with the support, technology, training, and booking resources of Appspitality Travel. No previous travel agent experience is required. We provide training to help you learn how to research, market, sell, and manage travel for your clients.
As an independent travel agent, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions by helping individuals, families, groups, churches, organizations, and businesses plan and book travel.

Responsibilities
As an Independent Travel Agent, you may:
- Assist customers with travel planning and reservations
- Research destinations, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
- Provide travel recommendations based on customer needs and budgets
- Create customized travel experiences and itineraries
- Follow up with prospective travelers
- Promote your personal travel booking website
- Develop new customers through networking, referrals, social media, and community relationships
- Maintain communication with customers before and after booking
- Complete required training
- Maintain accurate client and booking information
- Build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Compensation
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional salaried or hourly employee position. Compensation is primarily based on commissions earned from eligible completed travel bookings and other qualifying travel sales. Earnings will vary based on booking volume, product type, supplier commission structure, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and other applicable terms.
No guaranteed salary or hourly wage is being offered unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.
